Pre Training Health Assessment Form

PARENTS:
Please read your emails- sorry there's a few coming out right now- it's important that we get the feedback requested. Thank you!

ATHLETES:

  • DRINK WATER AT SCHOOL!!! WASH YOUR HANDS LOTS!!! STAY HEALTHY!!! 
Tuesday: Meet at Muskoseepi pavilion. 5:00-6:30pm
  1. Wear appropriate runners for working out in. Bring your water bottle! You're going to need it!! 
  2. Dress for the change in weather please. It may be warm when we start, but it's cooling down quickly in the evening. Also, bring gloves please.
Thursday: MEET AT THRILL HILL:  5:00-6:30pm
  1. Bring water.
  2. Wear appropriate runners for working out in.
  3. Bring gloves.
  4. If you have short poles- please bring them!
Saturday: Meet on the Correction Line at the parking lot adjacent to the dump road. 10:00am -12:00 
THIS WILL MOST LIKELY BE OUR LAST ROLLER SKIING PRACTICE... WEATHER PENDING.
  1. Bring water bottle holder and water.
  2. Wear appropriate runners for working out in.
  3. Bring a helmet and gloves.
  4. Bring poles.
  5. Bring roller blades or roller skis
  6. Wear bright clothing.
  7. IF it's raining- or the pavement is wet, please know that we will not be roller skiing but running instead- bring your shorter poles if you have any, just in case.
