Tuesday: Muskoseepi. St. Kateri School (Mission Heights) Bring water bottles and running shoes.
Thursday: Meet at the WNSC Lodge. Bring water bottles and runners also!
Saturday: Mountain Excursion. Parents are welcome! We will be encouraging car pooling as much as possible. Meet in Costco parking lot for 7:00am. Please ensure you pack shoes for hiking in (boots or sturdy runners); a change of shoes and socks for after the hike; everything in a backpack- lunch; snacks; water bottles (2L recommended); clothing appropriate for the weather; a hat; sunscreen; a rain jacket and/or warm jacket; sweater; sunglasses; kitchen sink and more snacks. 😁 We should be back by 5 or 6pm.

Coach Shannon sent me a pdf as well, if you would like a copy emailed to you, I can do that too. Happy reading- it's a beautiful hike and don't let the black diamond scare you- it's not that challenging- after all- we're working with athletes!
