Week of Nov 15-Nov 21
IT'S REST WEEK TIME!!! Exercise only on Tuesday and Thursday: Tuesday we will be going for a walk for 15 minutes a 15 jog and a 15 minute technique session. Thursday we will be going for a 30 minute brisk walk. Although practice will be shorter on Thursday be prepared to stay for nearly the full hour. Have a great week. :) Sleep lots and drink lots of water too please.
