Wow! What an amazing display of athleticism at the World Cup in Canmore!! Whewwwweeee it was fast, faster and fastest and just pure awesome. What did I come home with you ask??? Klister the rabbit ROCKS!! And... I need to get you guys faster... Which means MORE INTERVALS!!! Yayyyy!! Tuesday : skate intervals!:D Thursday : classic intervals!:D Saturday : classic as its going to be COLD!!!:) Bring water and snacks and LOTS of clothing!
