Well done team on a great effort in training these past four weeks. We're heading into our second cycle of training and things are going to keep ramping up as you guys get more fit! 👊 Don't forget to eat!!! Eat lots of healthy food and eat frequently. I'm serious about you guys coming to practice and not being able to give it your best all because you chose not to fuel yourself well for the day. Please eat and please bring a recovery snack (even as simple as chocolate milk) to have after practice. This will help you recover more quickly from all this hard work that you're putting in. 🍲 _____________________ Reminder for this week: If you would like to see if your athlete has grown out of their equipment, please bring it in for sizing (preferably on Saturday, but if you're away then at practice this week).
