Congratulations to those who put on the roller skis this weekend too and their mountain bikes for some extra km's on their bones! Great job with the training so far team!

Mandatory Parent Meeting: September 23, at Muskoseepi Pavilion. Bring a mask if it's raining, otherwise we will meet outside. Seniors and Juniors will be training together.

Ski Team Ski Swap: I'm planning on having on October 2nd out at the ski lodge. I'll confirm this at a later date.

Tuesday: MEET AT ST. PAT'S School parking lot (7810 Poplar Drive)- yes, I know that it doesn't exist anymore- but there's a BIG open space and a great area to run around in for both teams- so meet there for 5pm please. Please ensure that your runners are tied up properly and that you have a water bottle. Also, please dress appropriately for the changing weather! There are NO bathrooms at this location.
Thursday: Meet at Muskoseepi 5pm. If you tend to need a bathroom during practice time, please bring a mask with you and it seems that maybe the pavilion is closing at 6pm now- so if you need a washroom break- please plan accordingly for this.
Saturday: Roller skiing- classic and mountain biking for the juniors. Maple Ridge estates- on the main road (79 street) drive until you see my car by the trail system. Bring your classic boots and poles, helmets, water, vests and again, dress appropriately for the weather.
