A huge congratulations to the racers who were in Canmore!! It was a chilly ski, but so nice to finally have weather we could ski in! I'm so grateful that we could race and am hopeful that Red Deer will go ahead as well. In the meantime... we have lots to work on- including just skiing. SO- with all the snow that has fallen, it will take a while for the groomers to get out, so please be patient with where we go for skiing. We are officially behind in our training and although doing well, we have work to do. We missed out on the long hours of just zone 1 skiing that we usually do over the Christmas holidays AND we've missed out time with tempo skiing and quick feet practice.
