Pre Training Health Assessment Form

One month down already!! I'm not sure where the time is going!!!

Week 2 of our 4 week cycle… This week it's going to be a doozey. Come with lots of water and bring your inner Russian. :D

Tuesday- At the lodge: Runners, water bottle and if you're not able to show- let me know before 4:30 as it helps with preparation for the program.

Thursday- At Muskoseepi: we will be working out of one main area, come with a yoga mat that's dirty if you have one please. If not- don't worry about it. Runners and water bottles.

Saturday- Roller skiing- meet at 10-12 on correction line with all your gear for roller skiing. If the PAVEMENT is wet, not the grass from dew, but the pavement from rain… we will be running out there, so be prepared for both activities and dress appropriately.


Junior Team:

Thursday- meet Davis & Coris at Muskoseepi in the field in behind the pavilion. Come with a water bottle and dress appropriately for the weather, it's cooling down really quickly in the evenings now.

Saturday- TIME CHANGE: 10:15 - 11:45 please. Meet out at the lodge with Davis. Don't forget a snack and water bottle for this workout!
