THURSDAY CHANGE OF LOCATION: MEET AT THRILL HILL


PARENTS:
If you have any post-dated cheques owing, please hand them into Claire so that she can get them to Sharon.

Team equipment/ski swap Tuesday, Sept 25th. This swap will include ski gear that has been used, grown too small or "magically shrunken". Hopefully everything can go to a good home! This will be held at Muskoseepi Pavilion at 5:00pm.

  • SEND ME YOUR 5 TOP SONGS FOR OUR WORKOUTS!!!


PLEASE CHECK YOUR OLD EQUIPMENT TO SEE IF IT FITS YOU. CHECK YOUR POLE LENGTH, BOOT SIZES, SKI UNIFORMS AND CLEAN OFF ANY SKIS YOU WANT TO SELL OR SEE IF YOU STILL FIT. 


  • DRINK WATER AT SCHOOL!!! WASH YOUR HANDS LOTS!!! STAY HEALTHY!!!

Tuesday: Meet at Muskoseepi pavilion. 5:00-6:30pm

  1. Be prepared to wait around a lot. It helps if you know your weight for equipment sizing- it's the only time it matters. :D
  2. Wear appropriate runners for working out in. It's rest week so we will do a bit of a workout, nothing like the past four weeks have been though.
Thursday: MEET AT THRILL HILL:  5:00-6:30pm
  1. Bring water bottle holder and water.
  2. Wear appropriate runners for working out in.
Saturday: Meet on the Correction Line at the parking lot adjacent to the dump road. 10:00am -12:00

  3. Bring a helmet and gloves.
  4. Bring poles.
  5. Bring roller blades or roller skis
  6. Wear bright clothing.
  7. IF it's raining- or the pavement is wet, please know that we will not be roller skiing but running instead- bring your shorter poles if you have any, just in case.
