Pre Training Health Assessment Form

October 21-27, 2019.

So this week we’re building up strength and cardio- quick style! Come to practices prepared please. Please note that I will be away on Thursday and Saturday so please contact Caroline or Shannon if you have any concerns. I will most likely be out of cell service.

Tuesday- If you have an old yoga mat- please bring it if you don’t mind it getting dirty. I have a few but not enough. Also- some of you will be trying on a ski suit for sizing- please be prepared if you can by wearing leggings and a t-shirt. Bring water bottles.

Thursday- Bring water bottles!!

Saturday- meet at the usual spot for roller skiing- but be prepared to run and bring short poles please. Bring water bottle holders. You’ll need it.
