Pre Training Health Assessment Form

 Sooooo can't believe that I just typed in November... 6 weeks until our first race team!! And you're all looking superb! Well done to you all for the technique work that we did on Saturday- the races were excellent and I'm SO excited for our race season!!

IMPORTANT UPDATES:

1. 5-6:30 until we're on snow. Once we're officially on snow, then the time will change. 

2. Bring a headlamp! We need to be able to see each other and you!

3. If you received a skipping rope from me in the summer- please bring it with you to Tuesday's practice!

4. The ski club is doing a ski swap- if you have gear that didn't sell earlier this year, then go to the website www.wapitinordic.com for details on drop off- Thursday and Friday; swap is Saturday.

Tuesday: Muskoseepi Park- bring water bottles and runners and headlamps. Please remember that with the time change, the evenings are now cooler than before. Dress appropriately for the weather. 

Thursday: Thrill Hill- bring water bottles and runners and headlamps. Please remember that with the time change, the evenings are now cooler than before. Dress appropriately for the weather. 

Saturday: We're skate skiing!!! Bring what gear you own- if you own an old pair of skate skis, please bring these. If you don't- just bring what you own. If you have a pair of SNS boots- please bring those also. We will NOT be inside at all so dress for the weather please. MEET in the North parking lot by Biathlon stadium. WOOHOO!!!!
