November 1-7, 2021.

What a great build-week team! That death march workout was AMAZING!! WOW- well done everyone. Those max capacity/max effort workouts are SO tough when you're pushing through them, but this week and the next you're going to start to see come pretty cool changes. We're moving back into building and testing now for the next few weeks and hopefully soon, on snow!!! 

Time change- as it wasn't accepted by the province, we will begin training in the dark. Please make sure that your headlamps are ready and in your bags and that you dress appropriately for the quick temperature drops in the evening. We won't change the training times though, until we're actually skiing on snow. Which again, is hopefully soon. :) 

Roller ski season is now over for team workouts. If you have a team pair(s), please return it to Claire this week before practice starts.

Tuesday: Meet at Muskoseepi. Seniors: if you have an outdoor yoga mat bring it please. Juniors: bring your bikes! 

Thursday: Meet and Thrill hill. Everyone, bring your short poles again please. Don't forget water bottles.

Saturday: Meet at Evergreen Park. Seniors- bring runners, water bottles and dress for the cool morning; Juniors- bring your bikes, water bottles, toques or buffs for under helmets and mitts.
