Woah!! What a practice Saturday was! How are those calves of yours doing??? :) Well done team on some awesome stairs- over 3000 stairs and ~1.5km of elevation... that's some impressive stats! Then add the rest of the week onto that list... am super proud of you guys! The big build week is over- woohoo!!

Are you going to be missing practices this week with the long weekend? Please text Coach Claire if you're not able to come as Coach Caribou is away this week and I'm trying to figure out how much coverage I'll need. 

Do you have a vest?? Please bring it to practice this week so that I can get them washed and put away for the season. I'm also missing 1 pair of skate roller skis: #10. These need to be returned also.

Tuesday: Meet at the track by the Coca-Cola centre please. Remember with the time change, you will need a headlamp and to dress appropriately for the cold nights. Bring water too please. Juniors and Seniors will be doing the workout together. 


Thursday: Meet at the ski club lodge for 5:00pm. Juniors on bikes and seniors in your runners. Don't forget water and headlamps everyone! It gets dark early now. :(       NO TIME CHANGE


Saturday: Meet at the parking lot of the Lost Lake Loops (past the Evergreen turn off and follow the gravel road up towards PARDS and veer left). Seniors bring short poles and Juniors bring your bikes. Wear wool socks that cover your ankles please (yes they're not cool looking but at least you'll be warm and won't get frost bite). Water bottles and snacks too. There's supposed to be snow- but I'm guessing not enough... but we're entering rest week. :)
