The team was on fire this weekend (well Saturday) racing in Ft Mac and I felt left out. So this was me this weekend... 😂 If you really want to know the whole story- you will have to ask the team. 😂
I cannot thank the parents who drove to Ft Mac enough for keeping us warm and cared for!! Our waxing tent was the place to be and I'm so grateful for everyone's help in getting it put together!! Waxing at -22 is pretty chilly and our new shelter made it all manageable! Thank you again!

Tuesday: CLASSIC!!! Finally, we're able to enjoy the trails and coach Nathan will be joining us this week!! Juniors- please check environment Canada at 4pm for the temperature cutoff. Zone 1 recovery ski.
Thursday: Classic AGAIN!!! I'm just so excited that we have snow!!!! 🥳
Saturday: The training camp with Ivan has been cancelled, so I will be putting on a 1/2 day camp again for the team. A super generous donor would like to provide the team lunch, so please email me your attendance and I will get your name on the lunch list. 9-2pm for the senior team is the tentative schedule, bring snacks and extra water please. 11-2 for the junior team. Be prepared for both techniques please and we will do a race at 1pm.
9-10:30: Classic
10:30-11:30: Skate (and working with the juniors)
11:30-12:15: Lunch
12;15-1: Race prep
1-2pm: Race
