March 5/6: Last Alberta Cup in Drayton Valley (please register by Feb 28th, late fees applied until the 2nd)
March 12: Wapiti-dogirkie 10-12 in the north parking lot, Lap challenge like last year.
March 17 & 22: Bring a friend to ski practice day(s)
March 19: Team Relays

Tuesday: SKATE Bring your water bottles! Juniors you will be heading North, Seniors you won't be. ;)
Thursday: CLASSIC Those traveling to Drayton will be waxing- Rex Blue both sets of skis; those not traveling will be going for a nice long, no stopping ski. Come with a plan in mind so that the coaches know where you are going and can go with you.
Saturday: No official team practice. Please take pictures of yourselves out skiing with puppies or friends!

Friday: meet out at the Drayton Valley- Pembina Nordic ski club for 2pm ready to skate ski your distance. We are waxing in the parking lot again, so please come prepared to be outside all weekend!
Team meeting via Zoom as we're in different hotels this weekend. Let's hope I can get it to work.😎
Saturday: Classic Sprints!!! I'm SO excited for you guys! Bring a few boxes of chocolate milk and extra pre-race snacks. If I can have someone book supper for us, I would appreciate it greatly.
Sunday: Skate distance: make sure you have your warmup planned out for your distance and don't forget the chocolate milk!
