Hi Team! A huge thank you to the coaching team that braved the smoke and went to Tumbler Ridge this weekend! I'm grateful you did a bit of playing despite the smoke there. It's sadly looking like it's going to be a smoky week again. Please tune into Teamsnap to actually find out what we're doing. This is the optimistic version! 😀

Tuesday: Meet in the Old Canadian Tire parking lot (behind Northside Safeway, on Resources Road). Bring runners and water bottles please and a list of good workout music that you like to listen to.

Thursday: Meet at St. Joes track- park in the Coca-Cola Centre parking lot and cross the road (East) to the football field. We will be doing the running time trial of your testing. :) It's exciting to see you all working so hard. Bring water and runners please. 

Saturday: Meet at Maple Ridge again- by the pond. For those of you who have roller skied- bring your CLASSIC boots, helmets, poles, vests and be prepared to ski. For those of you who don't know what I've just said... bring your helmets and a bike in working condition. If you don't have one, then bring runners- we're ready for it all. Everyone please bring water bottles and dress in bright colours.
