- On December 3rd the WNSC will be hosting their annual ski swap. Any gear that did not sell at our swap can be sold here.
- Drop off Items: Saturday, Dec 2nd, 3-5 pm at the lodge (or give to Doris at practice, labeled and priced at practice)
- Sunday, Dec 3rd, 11 - 1:30 pm
- Pick up unsold equipment/funds: 3:30 pm
- We are looking for a male chaperone for the 2024 Alberta Winter Games zone 8 team. Please email Claire if you're able to help out!
- Our team roster has been delivered to Ernie's Sports Experts and they are offering our team a 15% discount off of xc skis, apparel and accessories. Please take ID in to prove who you are. Your athlete's name is on the roster.

Tuesday: Meet at Muskoseepi- 5pm. Runners, water bottles, headlamps and dress for the weather. Burpees are now handed out freely to those who decide to not bring a headlamp (50 for the first practice and they will go up in increments of 50 after that). It's dark outside especially with no snow reflection and it's important for safety.
Thursday: Meet at the lodge. Coaches will be running or on bikes with lights and athletes are running- see headlamp note above and BRING SHORT SKI POLES.
Saturday: Meet at the lodge. Coaches will be running or on bikes and older athletes are running- and BRING SHORT SKI POLES again please. Younger athletes please bring your bikes and helmets.
