It's a new season and a new look!!!

The last section is where to meet and what we're doing (ish). Meaning, I don't tell you the exact workout that we're doing but I let you know what you need to bring and how to be prepared. Also, if we're running, the expectation is that everyone shows up in shoes that are appropriate to run in and a water bottle on a belt holder of some variation. If we are biking, the expectation is that everyone shows up with a working bicycle, helmet, water bottle on belt/in a holder etc. If we are rollerskiing, the expectation is that if you have your own gear you bring it and if you don't, we have roller skis for you but you still need to bring your own ski poles, boots, (it is completely understood that at the beginning of the year athletes typically have grown out of gear, but try your best on this please) and helmet and bright clothing- we do have team vests that everyone has to wear. If we are skiing (let's hope there's lots of this), the expectation is that everyone shows up with the appropriate gear for the technique planned (strongly suggest always having both sets of gear with you for the 'just in case') and be ready (skis waxed BEFORE practice start) to be on snow for the start of practices, with a water bottle appropriate for the winter weather- recommend wastebelt holders as they don't freeze as quickly as plastic bottles do.
1. Mandatory parent meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 16th at Muskoseepi Pavilion inside starting at 5:00pm. Please bring questions and we hope to have details for you then. Registration isn't up and running yet as I have not been able to meet with our accountant and am unable to create a proper budget at this time as I just don't know what we have in our account. My goal is to not have fees change from the montly $150/month but at this time I cannot set anything in stone. Thank you for your patience with this!

Tuesday & Thursday: we will meet at the lodge and workout inside where it's cooler and out of the smoke. Please bring runners and water bottles and a sense of flexibility as these practices are a bit off the cuff as it's a small space and an energetic group!
Saturday: Depending on how long this smoke hangs around for, I'd like to be up and roller skiing. Athletes who are not 12 years of age, are to bring their bikes, helmets etc and those who are 12 and older are to bring ski boots for both techniques or whatever technique you fit and own and if you have ski poles bring them- if not, we understand that gear most likely won't fit, but we can sort this out with the athletes once we're there. Meet at 10:00am at the parking lot of the casino in Evergreen Park- North side.
