With athletes maybe heading back to school this week, I anticipate that you will be showing signs of fatigue for the next few weeks again. Please keep this in mind with finding healthy routines and trying to keep up good nutrition, good sleep habits, and drinking lots of water throughout the day. Let's stay healthy with this change in your routines please!!!

Uniform Order:

I'm not sure if people are wanting to order anything for uniforms this year. Please message me if you will be ordering headbands, buffs, jackets, pants, or ski suits. I will put in an order if we have the need for it, by November 2nd. 

Team Hoodie/T-shirt/Long Sleeve:

As the team has decided to not order a uniform item, I will come to practice with some options and we can vote on those. It seems that there's less interest in hoodies but more in t-shirts and long-sleeves. So we will look into those. Stay tuned!

Tuesday: Thrill Hill- bring poles, water bottles, holders, & runners.

Thursday: Muskoseepi- Bring water and runners. 

Saturday: Meet at the ski club. We will be skate skiing. Wear bright clothes and we will need a vehicle to help with portering down the one hill- but bring a book as the driver will be sitting for long periods of time with not much to do.
