Please remember to keep on top of your fatigue levels, drink lots of water and eat healthily. It's flu season and we really need to stay healthy!! With the time change this past weekend, try to keep on top of a healthy routine and good nutrition!

TIME CHANGE: With the time change, we usually change practice times. We won't be changing practice times yet, until we're on snow. I'd like parental and athlete feedback please on either a 5:30 start or 5:45 start- on snow, once it finally decides to show up!! Please let me know your preference by clicking here.
Shirts- round 2- Coach Claire will have the final round of voting sheets at Tuesday's practice with samples to try on and/or pick from. If you missed round 1, it's too late- votes were gathered and you will have a chance to decide with round 2.
Funeral service: As I mentioned last month, one of our alumni athletes passed away and I am just informing those who knew Aaron (Arrow) who was on the race team between 2018-2021. His funeral will be on Monday, November 10th at the Beaverlodge Catholic Church at 11:00am. There is no school on Monday for high school and college students, so if you’re able to come out to support his family during this overwhelmingly difficult time, I would ask that you wear your Wapiti Nordic Team Jacket or one of our team hoodies. I recommend car pooling and can do a pick up at Costco on my way out of town around 10:15am.

Tuesday: PLEASE WEAR YOUR WAPITI COATS. We need to do some sizing. Also we will meet at the Composite High School Parking lot. Bring spikes or runners and water bottles. We're going to see how much you guys have improved over the past 11 weeks of training!!! I LOVE this week as you guys get to see just how much your hard work has paid off!! Let's get ready to break some personal records! 💪
Thursday: Meet at the ski club parking lot. Bring water and runners.
Saturday: Meet at Evergreen Park. Athletes born in 2013 or younger, bring your bikes please. Athletes born in 2014 or older, bring your runners, water bottles, and dress for the cold morning! See you all there.
