Thursday: Skate Practice. All athletes will go for skate ski, with a few pick-ups and it too will be lovely in the fresh snow. Arctic Winter Games athletes will end practice 30 minutes early and clean their classic skis and wax them with PS6 as per the wax protocol for the games. Wax will be provided.

Team supper will be from 7:30-8:00.

Saturday: Please meet Coach Doris in the timing tower and be ready to be on snow for 10am. This practice is a make your own adventure with Coach Doris in charge. Please come prepared for both techniques and the group will decide on the rest of the practice.

Arctic Winter Games team:

Pleas meet at the airport private hanger HappyGas for 5:35am. We have to check in as a team and with all of our XC gear- we take the longest (aside from biathlon). ALL athletes need to be there (even if you're on the later flight) as again, we have to check in as a team. Bring a pillow to sleep on while we wait to get on the plane! 😁

TuesdayThursday & SaturdayPlease come to practice with equipment for both techniques this week. Coach Doris is a very busy women and doesn't need to be sending out teamsnaps in the middle of her classes, grooming, trail maintenance and whatever other hats she wears each day! 💖 It would be great if you can please send out a teamsnap if you're unable to make practice. This will help Coach Doris figure out the training for each session.

Thanks team!!
